Description

This position is responsible for managing and overseeing all facets of human resources, operations, budget, financial/?business and record-keeping within the office.

Responsibilities:

Orders office supplies, operates and maintains all office equipment including fax machines and copiers.
Order office and miscellaneous supplies in a timely manner
Reviews case management notes that documents communication that relates to client care and how each situation was handled.
Process accounts payable and receivable, and maintain office equipment and supplies.
Executive support will include scheduling, travel preparation, expense reporting and performing special research or data entry projects
Demonstrates basic knowledge of administrative role, activities, procedures and reporting relationships within the department.
Process time and expense reports accurately and timely, and manage expenses and reimbursements
Provide impeccable client service to visitors, clients, staff and vendors
