Date Listed: May-17-08 We got our puppy just over a year ago when she was 6 months old. We got her at the SPCA where she was taken after someone found her abandoned in a field. Her name is Penny (our five year-old daughter named her that becasue she is the color of pennies!) and she is a very sweet puppy. She loves playing with kids and other dogs. She does very well on the leash - she pulls for the first couple of minutes and then falls into step next to whoever is holding the leash - my five year-old can walk her. She is mostly an outdoor dog right now (she was inside more in the winter, but she loves being outside in the warm weather), but she is house trained. The problem is that our yard isn't big enough. She loves running around and there is no where for her to go at our house, just back and forth, and when she can't run she gets bored, and when she gets bored she digs (if she has a large area to run and play, she doesn't dig at all!). We love her dearly, but I hate cooping her up in our small yard and our landlord hates the digging. She deserves a big area to run and play and we cannot give her that. Can you? She comes with any dog food left in the bag, her bowls, her dog bed, her 'Dogloo' house and all her toys. She is spayed and microchipped as per the SPCA's adoption regulations. Please give our puppy a good home with the yard she deserves!
