* { font:inherit; } Ringo is about 18 months old, and he has an interesting story...Last Spring we took in a litter of puppies and found homes for them. Ringo was returned to us because he wasn't doing too well learning things in his new home. We found out it was because he is deaf. He was readopted by a family who specifically wanted a deaf dog, because they have a deaf daughter and they were going to train him in sign language. 7 months later, they were moving and didn't want him anymore because he 'didn't listen'. So now we have Ringo back, and he knows nothing. We have started working with him on some basic hand signals, but he is going to need a special home to be happy. Maybe with another young dog to act as a 'hearing dog'?He's a very sweet and happy boy who loves everyone! He loves to play, is good with smaller dogs, and bonds very quickly.
