09/29/2009 UPDATE: Dark Chestnut/white overo stallion, 15.-3 hh, wt. approx 1200-1250, "Watta Rocki Mount APHA", foaled 2000 , both eyes are dark colored with white eyelashes on the right eye, right front leg solid color L front marked and L & R hind, last seen in the possession of Tiffani Kjeldergaard dba Flying Paint Ranch of Potrero, CA, he was there under a lease contract. Due to breach, lease was cancelled, demands for the return of the stallion were ignored, my attempts to regain possession were denied. Her claims for abandonment have been tried unsuccessfully twice in El Cajon , CA courts, and dismissed both times. They have also been denied by APHA (American Paint Horse Assoc) IT HAS BEEN RUMORED THAT HE WAS GELDED!

I have been seeking the physical location of this horse for many months!
